The amount of recovery depends on the attack power of the Huperion, so just keep increasing the attack power of the Huperion.
If you have a water totem, you can use the totem's recovery power and attack power to increase Hupe's recovery power.

Titan Battle Techniques
The titans are much deeper than you think.
